From Gloucester to Trois-Rivières

LaRedoux started in Gloucester, England, grown from the seed planted at lunchtime, hiding in the school music room writing songs with friends. Behind the project is songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Camille Bowie. Before settling in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Camille spent two decades living, working and performing across more than 20 countries, carving out an independent path fueled by a restless search for belonging and genuine human connection.

Authentic Strings & Cinematic Space

On stage, Camille builds a captivating world out of thoughtful, sometimes humourus lyrics and goosebump-inducing melodies. Shifting between delicate electric fingerstyle and driving rhythm guitar in drop tunings, she commands a repertoire of over a hundred songs.

LaRedoux is ultimately envisioned as a full collaborative band, and Camille is currently looking for the right local musicians in Quebec to complete that lineup. For now, the project operates as a self-contained solo force. Loop station and sample pad appear occasionally as atmospheric colors and the heart of the show remains pure musicianship and a sense of fun. When LaRedoux gets lost in an outro loop, expect slow attack filters, lush reverbs, and vocal layering to frame the soaring melodies of original tracks like Giving It Up and Hounded By Ghosts.
